Refund policy

Because Hippi Collective products are the hand-poured  and made in small batches, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. 

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. 

Once reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed or shipped. You can always contact us for any questions at shaithehippi@outlook.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
